Communications Project Manager - Annual Reports
Part Time - 3-month contract | $650-$700 per day + super | November start
Join an established Australian insurance business with a high-performing team and an award-winning, people-focused culture. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll coordinate a key annual reporting project in a mature, team-oriented environment.

This is a part-time contract role with 2-3 working days per week, flexibility for the right candidate.

The role

- Manage delivery: Own the timetable, milestones and dependencies.
- Coordinate stakeholders: Collate content and approvals across finance, corporate affairs and senior leadership.
- Verify information: Maintain supporting evidence, accurate records and version control.
- Keep momentum:



Follow up contributors, resolve bottlenecks and meet publication deadlines.

About you

- Strong project management and coordination experience within a Marketing function.
- Experience in annual reporting (highly regarded), investor relations, corporate affairs or similar corporate publications.
- Background within financial services or a highly regulated environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence managing senior stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work on a part-time basis; 2-3 days per week for 3 months
