KONE is seeking a skilled Maintenance Troubleshooter for our Newcastle service team. You will diagnose and resolve complex lift and escalator faults, provide on-site support, and share technical knowledge with technicians across Newcastle, Central Coast and Northern NSW.

You will travel to assist with critical breakdowns, maintain safety standards, and build robust customer relationships while upholding KONE’s quality commitments. Previous lift industry experience is essential.
