Silkari Hotels' Silkari Suites in Chatswood is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to support the Hotel Manager in day-to-day front office operations, guest satisfaction, room presentation and team leadership.

You will supervise the Guest Services team, conduct inspections, coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance, manage arrivals and VIP requests, and uphold high standards of service and accuracy.
