The project: This is a complex, large scale, infrastructure programme in Sydney that will benefit the people and bring a positive impact to the community. Working with an amazing client and talented team, this project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated setting.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Deliver project objectives aligned with the Project Plan, leading teams and stakeholders to meet key KPIs.
- Champion Safety First and embed robust quality, risk and governance practices across all activities.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and external consultants to ensure effective delivery.
- Maintain and update project plans, documentation, reporting and change control processes.
- Coordinate communication, procurement and stakeholder engagement to support seamless project delivery.
- Promote C2P, digital, data and responsible business principles while collaborating toward net‑zero outcomes.

You’ll need to have:

- Deliver client‑side work packages through the D and C phase, collaborating with project and interface leads.
- Bring strong major programme DM/CM experience in integrated heavy‑civils environments.
- Demonstrate effective tier 1 contractor and consultant management.

Job Description: We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Sydney. The Project Manager will lead planning, execution and completion of civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee end-to-end execution of civil construction projects within timelines and budgets.
- Mentor and coordinate project teams including engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
- Formulate project plans, budgets and resource strategies.
- Maintain project records, safety documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Proven success as a Project Manager in civil construction.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
