Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Social Worker Level 3 to join the Safeguards Team. The role provides specialist psychosocial support to patients and families, coordinating care with medical teams to address social, emotional, and practical needs during health recovery.

It is a permanent full time position (38 hours per week) with site negotiable within SNSWLHD and a salary in the $121,568–$125,507 per annum range.
