Wishbone, the new addition to Lucas Collective, opens in Melbourne's CBD this November. We're seeking passionate Chef de Partie and Commis Chefs to join the opening team and help build a brand-new kitchen from day one.

You will work alongside some of the industry's best, deliver exceptional food, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy service setting. A rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected.
