Breakthru is recruiting for a Full time role based in Penrith, Western Sydney, coordinating NDIS funded programs in Individualised Support and group capacity-building. The role leads a small team, reporting to the Regional Manager, and involves travel between Campbelltown, Penrith and Hornsby to deliver high-quality support.
You will mentor staff, manage rostering and performance, and contribute to service development while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and client-focused outcomes.
