You will inspire staff, schedule a 7-day roster (weekend work required), and contribute to a welcoming, iconic Tasmanian food-tourism environment. Ideal candidates will have hospitality experience, leadership capabilities, RSA and Food Handler certification, and a passion for cheese and beer.
