Howyou'llbe part of the action

Reporting to the Oncourse Regional Manager, this casual leadership role combines customer service excellence with operational oversight. You will support race day teams, lead casual teammembersand help ensure every customer enjoys a seamless TAB experience. On average, you will need to be available for 2 shifts per week, including weekdays.

- Lead casual team members to deliver exceptional race day service.
- Driveaccurateand efficient processing of customer betting transactions.
- Support cash management, floatallocationand financial reconciliations.
- Coordinateoncourseequipment readiness and operational requirements.
- Provide product information,promotionsand customer support confidently.
- Ensure compliance requirements are followed across all race day activities.
