The centre’s attractions include a dedicated toddler zone, an expansive indoor playground featuring a ball shooting area and a trampoline park for all ages equipped with the city’s largest trick air bag.

Rebound Ultimate Trampoline Park and Play Centre is seeking a motivated, experienced, and customer-focused Accommodation and Hospitality Manager to oversee daily hospitality operations, coordinate staff and maintain high standards of service, safety and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills, sound operational management capabilities and a commitment to delivering positive customer experiences. This role requires the ability to manage daily operations efficiently, support staff performance, maintain service standards and contribute to the overall success and growth of the business.

The annual salary for this position is $80,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day hospitality and accommodation-related operations, as applicable to the business.
- Recruit, train, supervise and support staff to ensure efficient operations and consistently high service standards.
- Coordinate customer bookings, reservations, enquiries and service arrangements.
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, maintenance and the overall condition of facilities.




- Manage operational budgets, expenditure, stock levels and business records.
- Respond to customer feedback, address complaints and implement appropriate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable workplace health and safety requirements, food safety obligations where relevant and other relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, service quality and business performance.
- Establish and maintain operational procedures to support a safe, welcoming and professional environment.
- Monitor staff performance and identify opportunities for training and continuous improvement.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

- Relevant qualifications in hospitality management, hotel management, business management or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service, conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with operational planning, budgeting, stock control and business administration.
- Familiarity with relevant workplace health and safety requirements and operational compliance.
- A proactive approach to improving customer experiences, staff performance and business outcomes.
