About the Role
Red Yolk is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our growing influencer marketing team.
We’re a fast-growing, social-first influencer marketing agency partnering with some of Australia and New Zealand’s leading brands.
This role will see you working closely alongside Account Managers and Directors to coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach through to execution, approvals and reporting.
- You’ll work closely with some of Australia and New Zealand’s leading creators, influencers and talent managers while helping deliver campaigns across Instagram and TikTok. Campaigns span influencer marketing, creator partnerships and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns across Instagram and TikTok
- Manage creator outreach, onboarding and day-to-day communication
- Coordinate campaign logistics, timelines and posting schedules
- Track content approvals, revisions and live dates
- Maintain campaign systems across Monday.com and Google Drive
- Assist with influencer agreements, invoicing and payment tracking
- Collect campaign analytics and support reporting processes
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure campaigns run smoothly

Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR or agency environments
- Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools
- Understanding of TikTok, Instagram and creator culture
