Recruitment Account Manager

As our Queensland operations continue to grow, we're looking for a driven Recruitment Account Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio of clients while helping identify and develop new business opportunities.

Working across the transport and logistics, manufacturing and civil construction sectors, this is an opportunity to join an established national recruitment business that values accountability, professionalism and genuine career progression.

The Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions and identifying opportunities to grow your portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Managing and growing an established portfolio of industrial clients
- Building robust client relationships through regular communication, service reviews and site visits
- Identifying new business opportunities through existing client relationships, referrals and proactive business development
- Developing relationships with prospective clients and supporting new business growth
- Recruiting, onboarding and managing a casual workforce to meet client requirements
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records using FastTrack360
- Conducting toolbox talks, site visits and WHS walk-throughs to uphold safety standards
- Collaborating with internal teams to support effective workforce planning and service delivery





About You We're seeking a motivated recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering quality outcomes and contributing to business growth.

You'll bring:

- Experience in agency recruitment (essential)
- Strong relationship management skills and a genuine interest in business development
- A sound understanding of recruitment processes and labour hire compliance
- Confidence engaging with clients, identifying opportunities and developing new relationships
- High levels of initiative and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and robust organisational skills
- Confidence using recruitment systems, with FastTrack360 experience highly regarded
