We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join our head office team, working onsite from our office in Regency Park. This is a permanent full time position reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with our team of accountants.

ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Meticulous attention to detail

- Outstanding organisation and time management skills

- High level of professionalism and an understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements

- Positive attitude and an ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally

- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs





- Experience with Reckon accounting program or similar

ABOUT THE ROLE The main responsibility of the role will be to provide high level administrative and data entry support to our team of accountants across the following functions:

- Accounts payable - including keying of supplier invoices and arranging prompt weekly and monthly EFT payment runs according to trading terms

- Accounts receivable - accurate daily bank receipting in Reckon and internal data base

- Job Costing

- Month end reconciliation processes

- Payroll assistance as requested

- General reporting requirements

The remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on their experience, qualifications and skillset.
