Do you have great attention to detail? Are you customer focussed?
As part of our Data Management Team, you'll help ensure client information and requests are handled accurately and efficiently, while providing friendly and professional support to clients and internal teams.
Known internally as a Data Entry Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing professional customer service and support via phone and email.
- Triaging and coordinate enquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Managing requests through the ticketing system and maintain service standards.

- Following established procedures to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Setting up and maintaining client records and online access.
- Monitoring outstanding requests and ensuring agreed timeframes are met.
- Managing returned communications and maintain accurate client records.
Attention to detail is particularly significant in this role. You'll be working with client information across multiple systems, so we're looking for someone who takes care with their work, follows processes and procedures closely, and understands the importance of getting things right. You'll also regularly communicate with clients, colleagues and other internal teams, so you'll need to be friendly and professional, communicate clearly and be comfortable managing a variety of requests throughout the day. We are ideally looking to fill this role on a full-time, permanent basis, but we would consider a reduced FTE of a minimum of 0.8 for the right candidate.
