About the Role

Help keep our hospitals safely staffed by providing vital administrative support to the Central Staffing Hub. You'll work closely with the Duty Nurse Manager to coordinate rosters, support casual staffing and keep communication flowing across nursing teams in a fast paced, collaborative workplace.

- Manage leave requests by phone and email
- Support casual staff bookings and roster updates
- Liaise with nurses and agencies to fill shifts
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
- Build strong relationships across clinical teams
