As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Administrative Trainee to join our team and build a long-term career in business administration within the construction industry.
About the Role
This is a hands-on trainee position, ideal for someone eager to learn and grow. You will be trained across all aspects of office administration while supporting our management and operations team.
Your responsibilities will include
- Answering phones and managing emails
- Assisting with quotations, invoices, and documentation
- Data entry and job filing
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and staff
- General office administration and support duties
Full training will be provided.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented
- Eager to learn and take initiative
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Confident with basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel)
- Friendly with good communication skills
No prior experience is required — attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
