- Act as a key point of contact for community partners and stakeholders.
- Assist with communications, promotional materials and website updates.
- Support data collection, reporting and system administration activities.
- Contribute to projects, community engagement activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will bring

You will also bring

- A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes.
- A qualification in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience working within local government, community services, partnerships, projects or place-based initiatives will be highly regarded, but not essential.
What’s in it for you?
At the City of Playford, you will join a supportive and collaborative organisation that values people, purpose and community impact.
In return, you will enjoy:
- Meaningful work that directly contributes to better outcomes for children and families.
