AI Agent Developer – Python & AWS

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Agent Developer with robust Python and AWS expertise to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade AI agent solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building production AI agents, leveraging modern AWS services and AI development tools, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and end-to-end feature ownership.

Key Skills & Experience

- Strong Python development experience across multiple enterprise projects.
- Hands-on experience with AWS AgentCore, Bedrock, and Fargate.
- Experience with AWS Strands Agents or similar frameworks, such as LangChain.
- Practical prompt engineering experience,



including tuning prompts for production AI agents.
- Experience developing AI agents, including tools, skills, and evaluation mechanisms.
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Kiro, with the ability to critically assess and validate generated code.
- Proven ability to own features end to end, from design through to delivery.
- Strong analytical and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify quality issues and implement effective solutions.

Desirable Skills

- Experience with AG-UI and A2A protocols.
- Exposure to multi-agent systems and Agentic RAG.
