About the role

Join our dynamic team at ACP Worldwide as an Airline Cargo Customer Service & Internal Sales specialist. This full time role based in Sydney International Airport, NSW will see you playing a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and internal sales support to the company's airline cargo clients. With a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of international cargo movements.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing high-quality customer service to airline cargo customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

2. Coordinating the processing and movement of cargo, including booking, tracking and tracing shipments

3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to cargo operations

4. Collaborating cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements

5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

6. Supporting the broader team with internal sales

What we're looking for

1. Experience in a customer service or operations role within the aviation or logistics industry preferred but not mandatory

2. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

3.



Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment

4. Proficient in using relevant computer systems and software

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Commitment to providing outstanding customer service

7. Knowledge of aviation cargo processes and regulations is an advantage
