About your role

- Assisting in leading a classroom by fostering meaningful connections with educators, families, children, and the wider community to deliver a tailored educational program that meets the unique needs of each child.
- Showcasing your sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Upholding the highest standards of compliance with Government Regulations and center policies, ensuring our commitment to quality remains unwavering.
- Building valuable networks with local stakeholders to enrich the community experience.
- Cultivating robust relationships and partnerships with both children and families.




- Contributing to the documentation of children’s skills and interests, employing a continuous cycle of reflective practice.

A little about you

- Certificate III, Diploma qualification in children’s services, as approved by ACECQA.
- Experience in an early childhood setting and preferably leading a room.
- Current blue card, approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates.
