# : Appian Analyst – OBP Mortgages

Location: Sydney, NSW, Australia (Preferred)

Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office

Contract Duration: 6 months initially, with the possibility of extension

Experience: Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience and 2–3 years of hands-on Appian experience

Visa: Candidates must be work-authorised and visa-ready in Australia.

## Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Appian Analyst to support application development and delivery for the OBP Mortgages project. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with the Appian platform, including application configuration, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Candidates should have a solid IT background and practical experience working with Appian applications. Banking or financial services experience is desirable but not mandatory.

## Key Responsibilities

- Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into Appian application solutions.

- Develop, configure, enhance, and maintain applications using the Appian platform.

- Work with Appian components, workflows,



process models, and business rules as required.

- Support application integration and troubleshoot technical issues.

- Perform testing, debugging, and issue resolution to ensure application quality.

- Investigate application defects and support production issue resolution.

- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle.

- Ensure application changes meet functional requirements and established technical standards.

- Participate in the onshore team interview and technical evaluation process.

## Mandatory Skills and Experience

- Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.

- 2–3 years of hands-on Appian experience.

- Practical experience in Appian application development, configuration, or enhancement.

- Ability to troubleshoot Appian application issues and support defect resolution.

- Experience working on enterprise application development and maintenance.
