Location

Preference for Sydney-based candidates; profiles from outside Sydney can also be considered. However, there is a less chance, the end client considers the profiles that are out of Sydney, NSW.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should have minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.

Appian experience can be lesser, with around 2-3 years of hands-on Appian experience being acceptable.

Interview Process

Candidates will be required to successfully transparent the onshore team interview process.

Profile Accuracy A recent example was discussed where a candidate did not have actual Appian experience, although it was reflected in the profile. Profile accuracy remains important during screening and submission.

Candidate Representation

Initial focus should be on identifying and representing suitable profiles. Rate discussions can be addressed subsequently.





Visa Considerations The client is open to considering offshore candidates who are visa-ready.

Candidates holding a 482 Primary Visa are eligible for consideration. However, please note, Infosys and ManpowerGroup do not support VISA transfer / sponsorship at the moment.

Industry Experience

Prior financial services or banking domain experience is not mandatory for this requirement.

Work Arrangement The role follows a hybrid working model, requiring 2 days per week in the office.

Appian opportunities are expected to remain available for an extended period, indicating a sustained demand in the market.

Contract Duration

Initial contract term is 6 months, with the possibility of further extensions.
