We specialise in high-end structural extensions, full home transformations, renovations, and bespoke outdoor timber projects. We are highly regarded for our clean worksites, exceptional craftsmanship, and safety-first culture. Because our projects are completely custom, no two days on-site are ever the same.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated 2nd or 3rd-year Apprentice Carpenter to join our dedicated residential site team. This is a hands-on, highly practical role where you will work directly alongside the business owner and qualified chippies.

You won't just be sweeping floors—you will be actively learning and developing your skills across all aspects of custom carpentry and building works.

What you will learn and work on:

- Framing & Roofing: Traditional stick framing, roof pitching, and truss setups.
- Structural Work: Setting out sub-floors, structural tie-downs, and custom renovations.
- Lock-up & Fix: Installing external cladding, window/door frames, and premium internal fix-outs.
- Site Management: How to read architectural plans and coordinate professionally with other trades.

About You (Strict Criteria)

you must meet the following criteria:

- Apprenticeship Status: Currently a registered 2nd or 3rd-year apprentice looking to transition to a high-quality residential builder.
- Compliance: Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia (must be able to legally complete the full duration of the apprenticeship).
- Attitude: Reliable, hardworking, keen to learn, and genuinely interested in the building and carpentry trade.
- Quality: Someone who takes pride in their work and values neat, clean execution.
- Teamwork: Has a positive attitude, follows instructions safely, and works well within a tight-knit team.
- Transport & Tickets: Must have a valid driver’s licence, reliable transport, and a current White Card.
