About the Role

Atlantis OSHC Butler is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Educational Leader to join our team in a permanent part-time role, working a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Working closely with the Service Manager, you'll help lead daily operations while driving high-quality educational programs that inspire children, support educators, and create meaningful experiences before school, after school, and during Vacation Care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily service operations, including compliance, administration and team coordination
- Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of engaging programs aligned with My Time, Our Place
- Mentor and support educators to deliver high-quality care, learning experiences and reflective practice
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and the school community
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and relevant regulations
- Support the documentation of children's learning through observations, planning, and reflective practice
- Create a safe, inclusive and engaging workplace while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

- Cert IV in School Age Education and Care, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working in OSHC, with leadership experience highly regarded
- Strong understanding of My Time, Our Place, the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards




- Passion for educational leadership and supporting educator development
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Valid Working With Children Check and driver's license
