Love the craft? So do we. Make your next move a step towards work you’re proud to put your name to.
At Crest Joinery, we don’t just build kitchens; we create functional art. Based in our Southport workshop, we service the Gold Coast’s most prestigious homes. We’re looking for a qualified cabinet maker who is tired of “flat-pack” monotony and wants to get back to true, high-detail joinery.
We’re passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces for our clients and want someone who shares our pride in quality craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities
- Crafting bespoke, upmarket cabinetry from start to finish
- Working with premium materials and high-end hardware
- Splitting your time between our modern Southport factory and elite on-site installs
- Upholding the "Crest Standard"—where "good enough" isn't in our vocabulary
About you
- Full trade qualifications and a passion for fine finishing
- Minimum of 5 years qualified experience
- The ability to solve problems on the fly and take ownership of your work
- A solid work ethic, reliability and punctuality
- A current driver's license and White Card
- A keen eye for detail and dedication to high-quality work
- The ability to work collaboratively and work independently when required
- A respectful, positive attitude towards colleagues, managers and clients, representing Crest Joinery with pride
