Delaware North Australia is seeking a motivated and experienced full-time Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team in Terminal 1 at the Perth Airport.

As Assistant Outlet

Manager, you will support the bar and restaurant management while leading, coaching, and developing team members to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences. You will play a key role in maintaining high service standards, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing outstanding guest service in a dynamic airport environment.

What will you do?

- Support the day-to-day operation of the venue
- Lead, mentor, and train team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards
- Assist management in achieving operational and service goals

More About You

- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for customer service excellence
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
