Associate Dentist | AI Dental Rochedale & ADCC Dental Calamvale

Neighbourhood Dental Group is a clinician-led network of five established private practices across South Brisbane, Logan and Ormeau. We are seeking experienced Associate Dentists to join AI Dental Rochedale and ADCC Dental Calamvale.

Our Two Clinics

ADCC Dental Calamvale A supportive team with modern digital workflows and the ability to treat under sedation.

AI Dental Rochedale A small, close-knit team with modern digital workflows. Suits a dentist who wants continuity of care and room to build a loyal patient base.

- Medit intraoral scanners

Clinical Autonomy, Backed by a Dental Group You will predominantly be the sole treating provider on your rostered days, supported by dental assistants, front office staff, practice management and a dedicated Treatment Coordinator supporting your clinic.

You will also have access to the wider Neighbourhood Dental Group for:

- Mentoring and CPD opportunities from across the group, while you work independently in your own clinic
- In-house training and visiting specialists, at no cost to you
- Professional connection and internal referral pathways across the group
- Your Treatment Coordinator, who supports treatment plan coordination, scheduling, payment options and patient follow-up, allowing you to focus on dentistry

The Opportunity

- An established patient database to build on, with ongoing current patient flow
- Placement at Rochedale or Calamvale, discussed around your availability and clinical interests
- 2 to 4 days per week, with scope to increase




- Earning potential of $250,000 to $300,000 FTE, dependent on days worked, production and clinical scope

Clinical Scope & Technology We welcome dentists with experience or an interest in comprehensive general and restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, Invisalign and clear aligners, endodontics, oral surgery and dental implants.

- Dentally practice management software, with digital treatment planning available across the group
- Rotary endodontics
- Peaceful Dental Greenbank: CBCT imaging and chairside milling capability
- J1 Dental Jimboomba: OPG imaging

About You You are registered with AHPRA, or with the Dental Council of New Zealand, with at least three years of post graduate clinical experience.

- Confident managing a broad range of general dentistry and working as the sole treating provider on most rostered days
- Sound clinical judgement, including knowing when to seek advice or refer
- Clear, empathetic communication and a patient-first approach
