- Overseeing the successful delivery of competitions, programs, events and member services.

- Representing WDNA as a professional and visible leader within the netball and wider community.

About You We're looking for a demonstrated leader who combines commercial and operational capability with a genuine passion for community engagement.

You'll bring:

- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams and positive workplace cultures.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across members, volunteers, clubs, partners and Boards.
- Experience within sporting, community, not-for-profit or membership-based organisations, with an understanding of governance and volunteer-led environments.
- Proven financial, operational and strategic management capability, with the ability to balance priorities and deliver organisational outcomes.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who can inspire others, build trust and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the Association. Why Join WDNA?

At WDNA, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference.
