As Store Manager, you'll lead a workshop team at a busy, well-established automotive service centre in Perth's northern suburbs. This is a hands-on leadership role where your impact shows in your team's performance and results on the scoreboard. You'll have the support and autonomy to make a real difference.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate your workshop team to hit KPIs and smash sales targets
- Build robust, lasting relationships with customers, suppliers and clients
- Promote products and services with confidence and integrity
- Run day-to-day operations, keeping reporting accurate and the workshop safe, clean and welcoming
- Lead from the front and set the standard your team rises to
About you
- 3+ years' experience managing a service centre, automotive workshop or similar
- A hands-on leader with a proven sales track record and a genuine passion for automotive
- Current WA driver's licence
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Available Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5.30pm and every second Saturday 8.00am – 12.00pm
