About the role

This is a full time position working Tuesday–Saturday night or early morning shifts, producing fresh products for our busy bakery. We understand that every baker brings different skills. Whether your strengths are in bread, cakes, pastry or pies, we're happy to discuss how you could fit into our production team.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing and baking products within your area of experience.
- Maintaining consistent product quality and presentation.
- Organising production to have products ready for the shop.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
- Following food safety procedures and working well with the team.

About you

- Has experience as a baker or pastry chef.
- Is reliable and comfortable working night or early morning shifts.
- Takes pride in producing quality products.
- Can work independently and as part of a small team.
- Communicates clearly and helps keep production running smoothly.
