What you can expect in a day in this role:

In this full-time Baker role, you’ll prepare and deliver high-quality artisan breads and baked goods that consistently delight our guests, ensuring every product meets our standards of quality, presentation and flavour.

What you will bring to the role:

- A minimum of five years’ experience as a baker, ideally with expertise in artisan bread, sourdough and lamination techniques
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with a genuine passion for contemporary baking
- commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations
- Relevant qualification in Baking or an equivalent trade qualification
