About the Role:

As a Managing Consultant in our Newcastle or Sydney Ecology team, you’ll spearhead innovative biodiversity impact assessments and approvals for high-profile projects in the renewables, resources, government, and planning sectors.

If you bring the following, we'd love to hear from you:

- 5+ years environmental consulting experience
- Biodiversity Assessment Method (BAM) accreditation
- A proven track record in environmental consulting
- Expertise in undertaking biodiversity assessments, preparing Biodiversity Development Assessment Reports, planning and executing field surveys, and preparing management plans and offset strategies.
- Strong understanding of federal and NSW environmental regulations.
- Advanced skills in flora identification, GIS, and biodiversity offsets (highly regarded).
- Leadership experience and a collaborative mindset.
