We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join this well-established favourite. You will be managing the day-to-day operations of this bustling restaurant bars.

You will lead and develop a team, drive revenue, understand and manage stock, define and design the product offering and ensure the ambience of the bar is always on point.

We are searching for a true bar enthusiast, someone who has strong and passionate cocktail and spirit knowledge. Taking the team with you on a creative journey, to ensure that we are delivering an exceptional guest experience and an outstanding product.

Qualifications

As Bar Manager you will be responsible for the following;

- Drive revenue, consistency and excellence
- Define & design the product offering
- Ensure the ambience of the bar is always on point & that we are delivering an exceptional guest experience & an outstanding product.
- Lead & develop a team of passionate staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest engagement
- Manage & control stock
