We’re looking for friendly, guest-focused hospitality professionals to join our team. Whether you’re welcoming guests, serving at the table or behind the bar, you’ll help make every visit feel memorable.

Hosts | Part-time and casual

You’ll create a warm first impression, welcome guests and help the service run smoothly.

- Welcome and seat guests with a friendly, polished approach
- Manage reservations and guest enquiries
- Communicate with the floor and bar teams to support a seamless experience
- Stay organised and attentive during busy services

Servers | Part-time and casual

You’ll deliver thoughtful, personalised service and help guests enjoy everything Crane Bar has to offer.

- Provide attentive food and beverage service
- Build genuine connections with guests and anticipate their needs
- Communicate clearly and manage multiple priorities during service
- Bring hospitality experience and an interest in learning about beverages





Bartenders | Part-time and casual

You’ll make outstanding drinks and help create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.

- Prepare classic cocktails and signature drinks with care and consistency
- Share your knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages
- Deliver warm, engaging service
- Work confidently in a fast-paced environment

For all roles, flexibility to work across a rotating Monday-to-Sunday roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, is required.
