We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of BAKE’D first Melbourne location in Broadmeadows!

Known for our signature all-day breakfast, World's best Pancakes, brunch, specialty coffee and delicious desserts, BAKE’D is expanding into Victoria.

We are looking for experienced, energetic and customer-focused Baristas / Café All-Rounders to join our opening team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new café from day one and grow with us as we expand across Melbourne.

About the Role

We are seeking confident and passionate Baristas who can deliver excellent coffee and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced café setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffees and specialty beverages.
- Deliver consistent coffee quality, including milk texturing and latte art.
- Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service.
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system.
- Serve food, cakes, desserts and beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented café.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Replenish stock and maintain café presentation standards.




- Work efficiently with the team during busy service periods.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures.

About You

- Previous experience as a Barista in a busy café environment.
- Strong coffee-making skills, including milk texturing and latte art.
- Ability to work confidently and independently on a coffee machine.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
- Ability to multitask and remain organised during busy periods.
- Positive attitude, reliability and a strong team spirit.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts.
