Basin cafe is a part of the Boat Harbour Motel Wollongong
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee & other hot & cold beverages
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast paced environment
- Work on the coffee machine & on the floor as FOH staff
- Work collaboratively
- Experience with open / close procedures
About you
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous specialty coffee experience / barista experience
- Confident making a outstanding range of coffees, including other specialty hot & cold beverages
- Skilled and versatile both on the coffee machine & on the floor
- Dependable, punctual and driven by a positive attitude
- Confident with excellent communication skills
- Availability across weekdays and weekends (rotating roster)
