Barista & Front of House Team Member

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated team member who has barista and customer service experience to join our team.

If you love making great coffee, enjoy interacting with customers, and are happy to work across all front-of-house duties, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently prepare quality coffee while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for customers and helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages.
- Greet customers, take orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately.
- Assist with food preparation and serving when required.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic front-of-house area.
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Follow food safety and workplace hygiene standards.
- Work closely with the team in a busy, fast-paced environment.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous barista experience and confidence using a commercial coffee machine.




- Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
- A friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods.
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Appropriate working rights in Australia.
