WE'RE HIRING – BARTENDERS & FLOOR STAFF

Hey guys!

We're on the hunt for 1 experienced bartender and 1 front-of-house superstar to join our team at The Metropolitan Hotel.

With Event season fast approaching we will need additional staff.

We're a busy venue with a solid mix of walk-ins, custom cocktails, private functions and events. With a nightclub also in the works, things are only getting busier!

We're looking for people who know their way around hospitality and can hit the ground running. Previous experience is essential, as we're currently too busy to provide extensive training.

Bartenders You'll need to be comfortable with:
- Opening and closing bar operations
- Preparing cocktails and managing drink orders efficiently
- Maintaining RSA compliance
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and running smoothly





Nothing overly complicated here! Just looking for capable bartenders who know what they're doing and can handle a busy service. Front-of-House

Your day-to-day will involve:

- Running food and clearing tables
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming venue
- Supporting the bar team when required
- Communicating effectively with the team via radios
- Looking after guests and providing great service
