The immediate opportunity sits within their residential division, delivering high-end, bespoke homes across Brisbane. They’re looking to bring good people into the team, whether you’re a Carpenter ready to step into a Leading Hand role, an experienced Leading Hand looking for more responsibility, or a Residential Site Manager wanting a long-term home with a quality builder.

With ground-up residential projects valued at up to $5M and a strong pipeline ahead, this is an opportunity to work on quality homes where craftsmanship, attention to detail and pride in the finished product come first, while joining a broader business with experience across multiple construction sectors.

Who We’re Looking For

- Carpenters with experience in high-end residential construction and quality finishes.
- Leading Hands ready to take ownership on site, coordinate trades and help drive projects forward.
- Residential Site Managers with a strong background in custom or bespoke homes, looking for a long-term chance with a down-to-earth builder.

What You’ll Bring





- Experience in residential construction, ideally high-end or architecturally designed homes.
- A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with trades and the wider team.
- A genuine interest in quality residential builds rather than volume construction.
