What you'll be doing
- Structural steel fabrication, installation and repairs
- Welding and fabrication of structural steel components
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Measuring, cutting, fitting and assembling steelwork
- Carrying out modifications and repairs to existing structures
- Following site safety procedures and shutdown schedules
- Working collaboratively with other trades to complete works safely and efficiently

What you'll need
- Boilermaking Trade Certificate – essential
- Current White Card




- Own tools
- Previous structural steel fabrication or site experience
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts over the Christmas period
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Highly regarded
- EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket
- Working at heights ticket
- Confined Space ticket
- Previous industrial shutdown experience
- Experience with structural steel welding, fabrication and installation
