Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Bookkeeper based in Perth, WA. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, managing payroll processes, preparing and submitting BAS/GST reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.



Collaboration with clients and team members to deliver timely financial reports and provide bookkeeping insights will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in bookkeeping functions, including account reconciliation and financial record maintenance
- Experience with payroll processing and BAS/GST reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software and tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Certifications or membership with organizations such as the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers or similar is advantageous
- Knowledge of Australian financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required)
