About the Role
Better Beer is preparing for an exciting major new product launch, and we’re looking for an experienced brand marketer to help bring it to market.

Our preference is an experienced Brand Manager working 3–4 days per week. We’re also open to an established Assistant Brand Manager or junior Brand Manager working full-time, with greater guidance and support from the Marketing Director. We offer a competitive salary plus super and work perks, with flexibility to structure the role as part-time or full-time depending on your experience and the agreed scope of responsibilities.
The Marketing Director will set overall strategic direction, priorities and investment parameters. You’ll translate that direction into an integrated launch plan, working closely with the Marketing Manager (Trade) to align consumer activity with customer and retail plans.

- Full-time: Suited to an established Assistant Brand Manager ready to step up into a Brand Manager role, with experience owning campaigns or key elements of a product launch. You’ll take on greater responsibility with guidance and support from the Marketing Director.
- Beer product marketing experience is preferred; wine or spirits marketing experience is also highly regarded.
- Experience working with major Australian retailers is an advantage.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate timelines, budgets, approvals and competing priorities
