About the role

You’ll build trusted relationships with clients, understand their business goals and translate financial information into practical advice.

Your focus will be on helping business owners understand their performance, explore opportunities and work through the decisions that matter to them. Working closely with the partners, you’ll take an active role in delivering advice and developing client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing relationships with business advisory clients and understanding their priorities.
- Leading client conversations about business performance, strategy and growth.
- Analysing financial information and turning your findings into actionable recommendations.
- Helping business owners identify challenges, assess opportunities and plan their next steps.
- Working with the partners to deliver advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.
- Identifying where clients could benefit from additional advisory support.
