Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable backlog items for application enhancement and data migration, connecting business processes with technical delivery. Opportunities are subject to tender outcome and client selection.

Key responsibilities

- Facilitate discussions with business users and technical teams to clarify needs, priorities and current-state problems.
- Document processes, business rules, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse data requirements, information flows and impacts arising from migration and application change.
- Maintain traceability, support backlog refinement and assist testing, demonstrations and acceptance.
- Develop usable documentation and transfer knowledge to client personnel.

Essential experience

- Demonstrated business analysis experience appropriate to BUAN Level 3 or Level 4; state the level sought.
- Experience working within Angular-based enterprise application architectures,



with role-appropriate understanding of user interfaces, services, integrations and data.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, process modelling and explicit written communication.
- Experience supporting agile development teams and turning requirements into testable acceptance criteria.
- For Level 4: independently manage defined analysis activities and resolve ambiguity. For Level 3: apply established methods under general direction and maintain reliable analysis outputs.

Desirable experience

- Application sustainment, data migration, data quality analysis and secure government environments.
