We’re looking for a Business Analyst

Key responsibilities include:

- Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Mapping current and future state processes and identifying gaps or impacts
- Working closely with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and solution outcomes
- Analysing card-processing requirements across authorisation, clearing, settlement, disputes, fraud, reporting and reconciliation
- Supporting data mapping, integrations, testing, UAT and migration readiness activities
- Assisting with defect investigation and issue resolution during testing and implementation

We’re looking for someone with:

- Strong BA experience in Australian cards payments.
- A strong understanding of Australian card-processing and payment ecosystems




- Experience with system integrations, data mapping, and migration programs
- Strong documentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to work across both business and technical teams and simplify complex concepts
