Business Coach, Online Business Education (Remote, Australia)

$110,000 AUD base plus commission | $110,000 to $150,000 AUD per year at full portfolio | Full-Time | Contractor Entrepreneur Academy is an online business school for self-employed women. Our students already earn in their field. What they lack is business training: pricing, packages, marketing, client experience, systems, and how to grow without burning out. You'll coach a portfolio of enrolled students 1:1 and own their results. You'll never chase leads, sell to strangers or market yourself. Every student is already enrolled and assigned to you.

You can step out at that point with no pressure. Coaching here means helping business owners make more money with better systems. It takes maturity, discretion and zero judgment.

What you'll do

- Run fortnightly 1:1 Zoom sessions with a portfolio that ramps to 40 to 50 students
- Open every session with an agenda, review the student's numbers (bookings, average sale, repeat clients, time off) and find what's actually driving the result
- Leave every student with two or three specific actions and dates, and follow up on each one at the next session
- Support students between sessions in Slack, and point them to the right training and group coaching
- Recommend our advanced 12-month program to students whose results justify it
- Join regular team meetings, where the founder reviews calls and coaches the coaches

What you'll earn A $110,000 AUD annual base salary from day one,



plus commission on the revenue of the student portfolio you manage. A full portfolio of 40 students earns $110,000 to $150,000 AUD per year in total.

Salary is paid in USD, on a monthly basis ($6,500 USD + commission per month)

Who this is for

- 3+ years coaching clients inside a paid online coaching, consulting or education program, ideally where clients were beginners trying to make money (e-commerce, real estate, marketing, agency or small business programs).
- Business experience outside of coaching, in marketing, sales, brand, operations or team leadership. Even better if you've started and run your own business.
- Comfortable with pricing and packages, and able to teach a reluctant business owner to recommend the right option to their own clients.
- Works from data: you can turn messy notes into a simple tracker and use the numbers to change a student's mind.
- Multi-year tenure in your past roles.
- Based in Australia and available full time, including our regular team meetings at 5pm. Must be available for early or late calls with US and European students (self manage your own rotating calendar).
