QBD Marketing Solutions is a Sydney-based, full-service marketing agency connecting Australian businesses with international markets. We specialise in B2B sales representation, business events and seminars, destination management, digital marketing, social media and creative solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Asia Market to drive business growth, strengthen commercial partnerships and expand our presence across key Asian markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business development, sales and marketing strategies for Asian markets in consultation with senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets and potential commercial partnerships to support international expansion.
- Lead the development of new service offerings, promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives tailored to regional market demands.
- Plan and oversee B2B sales activities, including market coverage, client acquisition targets and customer service standards.
- Establish and manage relationships with overseas agents, business representatives, corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Develop sales channels, partnership arrangements and commercial distribution strategies for QBD's marketing services.
- Review service pricing, commercial proposals and sales arrangements to maintain competitiveness and profitability.




- Coordinate internal marketing and sales teams to achieve business development objectives and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, sales performance and campaign effectiveness, providing strategic recommendations to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales management or international marketing.
- Strong understanding of Asian markets and cross-border business practices.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, commercial negotiations and partnership development.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional Asian languages would be an advantage.
