Business Development Manager – East Coast | Infrastructure, Industrial & Asset Remediation

We are partnering with a growing specialist services contractor supporting some of Australia’s most significant infrastructure, industrial and asset remediation projects, to appoint a Business Development Manager to lead sales activities on the Eastern Seaboard.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will own a high-value pipeline across public and private markets. You will engage asset owners, project directors, contractors and facility managers early, and lead tender and EOI submissions through to contract award.

A true work-winner, you will build trusted relationships, coordinate technical, operational and commercial teams to deliver competitive bids, and shape the go-to-market approach,



with scope to build a BD or bid team as the business scales.

You will bring a proven track record in business development, bid management, project pursuits or estimating within construction, infrastructure, engineering, industrial services or facilities management, along with experience winning multi-million-dollar work and robust commercial judgement. Established relationships with asset owners, contractors or project teams are highly regarded.

This is not a traditional sales role. It suits a self-directed, entrepreneurial operator who wants genuine ownership, direct access to senior leadership and long-term growth potential.
