About the role

Your focus will be attracting new landlords and winning new managements through proactive prospecting, strong relationships and consistent follow-up. Working closely with Principal James Montano, you'll build new relationships, convert opportunities and help shape the department's growth. You'll have an established brand, local relationships and an experienced property management team behind you, with plenty of scope to bring your own ideas and take ownership of results.

Key responsibilities

- Identifying and pursuing new property management opportunities across the Inner West

- Building relationships with landlords, investors and referral partners

- Conducting rental appraisals and presenting our property management services

- Converting enquiries and appraisals into new managements

- Working with James and the sales team to uncover opportunities within our existing database

- Maintaining an active pipeline through calls, meetings, networking and follow-up

- Coordinating a smooth handover of new clients to the property management team

- Tracking activity and results, and contributing ideas to improve our growth strategy

About you

- Experience in business development, property management, leasing or real estate sales





- Robust communication, relationship-building and presentation skills
- The confidence to ask for business and the discipline to follow through
- A proactive, organised approach and a strong sense of ownership
- A team mindset and a commitment to looking after clients
- An appropriate NSW real estate qualification and a current driver's licence
- An existing network and a track record of winning new managements would be highly regarded
