We’re a growing team with a strong portfolio of services under the Business Mantra Group, and we’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth across Perth and surrounding regions. Build the partnerships, win the leads and watch your results drive the business forward.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Perth and surrounding areas
- Generate, manage and convert leads into clients




- Build strong relationships with employers, recruiters, education providers, community organisations and clients
- Promote our visa, migration, education and other services across the Business Mantra Group portfolio
- Conduct seminars and presentations, and attend promotional and community events
- Develop online and offline business opportunities
- Contribute to brand awareness and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What You Bring

- Proven experience in business development, sales, migration, education, recruitment or professional services (highly regarded)
- A proactive, confident, qualified and target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking and relationship-building skills
- Confidence presenting and speaking at events
- A current Australian driver’s licence and the ability to travel across Perth and surrounding areas

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
